Durable Construction
Made from polyethylene and nylon, these 3-mm vacuum bags resist punctures, abrasions, and leaking. They won't break open during transport or while being handled by the customer. They're also safe for use in the microwave, in the freezer, and in boiling water for sous vide cooking.
Tight Seal
When used properly, these poly-nylon pouches seal out oxygen to keep food fresh. This reduces freezer burn and keeps meats tender and tasty. The bags also protect foods like steak and hamburgers from discoloration, which can be off-putting to customers. Use these vacuum pouches to increase the shelf life of beef, poultry, pork, frozen seafood, cheese, vegetables, grains, and more.
Clear
These bags are clear and retail ready. They won't cloud up, so customers can clearly see what's for sale. In the kitchen, this can also help ensure that your cooks use the right products and can visually see when a sous vide dish is done.

I'm not a fan of long-term storing, although freezing is inevitable in a restaurant. But freezing is not the real reason I've bought these bags. I mainly use them for sous vide recipes, and they work just fine. Meat is delicious, and there is not a drop of water inside the bag after cooking. I also tried them to boil rice and vegetables, and it is very tasty, too.

The bags don't leak. I ordered them to store fish and seafood for pizza. No smell at all! Now I use them almost for all frozen foods. The thing that spoils the impression, though, is the price. Could have been more affordable, given that these bags are used very often.
