It features (2) 25-1/2" x 24-1/2" cooking grids that are spring-balanced with a 5-position grip for precise cooking control. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, and equipped with casters for mobility, this broiler has a 1" rear gas manifold with a regulator and boasts a total power output of 200,000 BTU. Certified by NSF, CSA Star, and CSA Flame, it ensures compliance with high industry standards.
