FEATURES & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
This double-deck electric Convection Oven with standard depth features solid-state controls, a temperature range of 150° to 500°F, and a 60-minute timer with an audible alarm per oven. The oven cool switch enables rapid cooldown, and the independently operated stainless steel doors with double-pane windows add convenience. With porcelain enamel oven interiors, five nickel-plated racks per oven, stainless steel construction, and 8-inch legs, it meets NSF, cUL, UL, and ENERGY STAR® standards. The two 1/2 HP two-speed oven blower-motors per section, each with a 12 kW rating, ensure efficient and powerful operation.
